My stay here was wonderful as it put us just a short walk from the beautiful hyde park and the exquisite victoria and albert museum, making our city strolls both relaxing and culturally immersive. the spacious luxury two-bedroom apartment was an ideal retreat for our family, offering a cozy atmosphere after our daily adventures, but the check-out process could be slightly more flexible to enhance the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious luxury two-bedroom apartment, which was really clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved splashing around in the pool, while we relaxed in the lovely garden area. Just a small note, the lift had a bit of an odd smell from trash being taken down, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Family with children will feel right at home
I was blown away by the staff at this place they were so helpful and friendly. I asked the concierge team multiple times to print out school assignments for my kids and they did it without hesitation every time.
It wasn't inexpensive but considering the service, it was acceptable.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from spots like Harrods and the Victoria and Albert Museum. We really enjoyed the spacious layout and the beautiful toiletries provided. Everything felt very clean and well taken care of. The only downside was that the checkout process took longer than expected due to limited staff at peak times. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic experience overall.

The Two Bedroom Townhouse offered extra spacious layouts over several floors, making it comfortable for our family. With daily thorough housekeeping services, we felt well taken care of throughout our stay, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time.
The elevator situation left a bit to be desired. I noticed rubbish being taken down through the guest lift, which resulted in an unpleasant smell and some liquid on the floor. the heating controls proved tricky, and there was a consistent noise from the bathroom fan that could be bothersome at times. Pricing seemed high for what was offered, especially considering the minor maintenance issues that popped up during our visit.
